SALES MANAGERS:
- Male / Female, not more than 40 yrs. old.
- Graduate of any business related course
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to do field work
- Knowledgeable in Marketing/Sales strategies
- Has supervisory experience
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identifying, qualifying and developing existing and new business relationships, facilitating client meetings and closing deals
-Will develop, recommend and implement strategic and tactical client sales plans and negotiate client sales agreements to maximize potential.
- Responsible in meeting sales and call target and reports.
- Will manage day to day tactical interaction of the business with the customer and the supplying company sites.
- Will be responsible for developing and improving the relationship between the company and the customer at all levels of the organization in all relevant functions.
- Implement product plan as directed in the marketing plan by company sites
- Provide feedback to Marketing/Sales department
- Provide local/regional support, assist in development and identify opportunities for growth
- Forecasting accurately the business requirements
